But I gotta warn you, Auralayer's Thousand Petals is probably going to duke it out for Album of the Year at Clean and Sober Stoner, maybe even the Doom Charts, against the likes of Hail the Void, Faery Ring, Snakemother and Acid King. Void King do the doomy stoner rock thing really well. With an EP, a split single, and now three albums under their belt, they’ve begun to explore the depths of their sound even more. Instruments are tight, vocals sound great, and things get a little bluesy on “Brother Tried.” If you like your stoner rock slow and heavy, don’t pass this one up. Kirk Gauthier

This album is a rare JEWEL! Saratis has a great voice. Didn't even knew about this band before. It popped-up on me on youtube, but recognized his vocal. Check his other band ''AMON ACID'' if you like this kind of music - pure heavy psych at it's best. ʀɛʐռɨӄ
